The great Berliner historical building, parliament which is called Reichstag, was firstly built in 1894. But actually, the dome was the modern part decided by Norman Foster. And right now, according to the tour guide of this evening, Norman Foster had the copyright on every single item of the interior and whole project of the parliament. Which means… even add on one more rubbish bin, they have to ask for his approval. Anyway, the dome is  amazing. He used a mirrored cone at the center to reflect the day light. At night, it becomes more like a magic show.

柏林的地標性歴史建築物︰國會，稱為 Reichstag，始建於 1894 年。而加建的圓形玻璃頂，其實是新建築，由 Norman Foster 設計。他所負責的不只是這現代化的圓頂，更是整個國會的項目總指揮，因此，國會要加增任何項目，小至一個垃圾筒，也要得到他批准。這是今天黃昏帶團的領隊告訴我。中間如旋風式鏡面設計的圓頂一直向上伸展，把日光恰好的反射到國會大樓內。晚上，光線更集中，相比日間，產生了更加奇幻的色彩。
